The Children's Health Study is rooted in nearly 20 years of research, which focuses on the lasting impact that our packages have on families and how it positively affects their health habits when taken daily. Based on three main pillars, the study highlights that:

• Childhood is the best time to establish good health and nutritional habits.
• Parental involvement is key in getting children to adopt good health habits.
The success of the Children’s Health Study is tracked through a series of volunteer surveys given to parents after their child’s first four to eight months, with new data is collected once a year afterwards.
More than 150,000 families have participated in the study since it began in 1999, with parents documenting a noticeable difference in how they and their children eat, feel and live when being apart of our CHS movement
